Fennec 45:

  • Reduced bullets required to eliminate an enemy by 1

As you can observe, the buffed weapon changes in Warzone 2 Season 4 primarily target shotguns. If you enjoy playing with shotguns, you’ll have a blast with the Bryson brothers or opt for an Expedite 12 equipped with Dragon Breath ammunition to scorch your adversaries.

Apart from shotguns, the Fennec 45 also received a minimal buff. Although the improvement is marginal, you can dispatch enemies slightly faster with this weapon. Given its high fire rate, the changes in the Fennec 45 may not be readily noticeable in Warzone 2 Season 4.

Cronen Squall:

  • Increased bullets required to eliminate an enemy by 2
  • Decreased minimum damage
  • Increased maximum damage
  • (In semi-auto mode) Increased bullets required to eliminate an enemy by 1
  • (In semi-auto mode) Decreased maximum damage
  • (In semi-auto mode) Increased minimum damage

Fans of the Cronen Squall battle rifle may not be pleased with the Season 4 update, as it is the only weapon that has received nerfs. This battle rifle was introduced in the previous season but didn’t achieve significant meta status.

The nerfs for this weapon primarily affect its damage values. Consequently, you won’t be able to eliminate enemies as effectively as before with this rifle. Furthermore, if you used this rifle in semi-auto mode, it remains a nerfed weapon. The semi-auto mode had greater damage in the previous season, but it has now been thoroughly nerfed.

New Weapons and Attachments

Weapons:

  • ISO 45 SMG
  • Tempus Razorback AR
  • Tonfa (melee)

Attachments:

  • KSTV-17 barrel for Kastov-74u
  • Ftac Siege Akimbo grip

The ISO 45 submachine gun and Tempus Razorback assault rifle are the latest additions to the weapon roster in Warzone 2 and MW2 Season 4. These weapons are likely to become the new meta, following the trend established by the previous season’s additions. Additionally, it’s worth noting that they are prohibited in ranked matches.

Regarding weapon attachment changes in Warzone 2 Season 4, you can now equip a new barrel for the Kastov-74u. This barrel unlocks at level 9 for the assault rifle, so if you have already leveled it up, you’ll gain access to it immediately after the update. Additionally, you can now wield two Ftac Siege pistols simultaneously.

The Akimbo attachment is a grip that grants you dual-wielding capabilities for your pistols. In the previous season, you couldn’t attach this grip to the newly introduced Ftac Siege, but it is now available in Season 4. To unlock this grip, you must achieve 25 hip-fire kills with the Ftac Siege sidearm.
